From frozen pizza to home chef: Jules's 90-day cooking journey
What changed when one new cook actually stuck with it.

I started the 90-day challenge with zero kitchen confidence. I ordered takeout four nights a week. Frozen pizza filled in the gap.
The rule was simple: one home-cooked meal a day, every day, for 90 days. Chef Mila picked the recipe based on what was already in my fridge.
By week two, I stopped ordering on Tuesdays — I had a stir-fry rotation that took 15 minutes. By week six, the takeout habit had quietly died.
The real shift wasn't skill. It was the friction. When the app removed the 'what do I cook tonight' decision, everything got easier. Mastery came as a byproduct of just showing up.
I'm at day 102 now. I cooked again last night. I didn't think about it.
