Terms of Service

By creating an account or using CulinoFood (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. CulinoFood is operated by Click Webstudio Inc. ("we", "us").

1. Account

You must be at least 13 years old. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Acceptable use

• No hate speech, harassment, sexual content, violence, illegal activity, or spam.
• No content that isn't food/cooking/kitchen related in the community feed.
• No scraping, reverse-engineering, or abusing the AI endpoints.
• You own the content you post; you grant us a license to display it inside the app and CDN as needed to run the Service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

3. Subscriptions (Culino Pro)

Some features require a paid subscription billed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple per their policy.

4. AI & recipe content

Chef Mila, dish scans, recipe generation and similar features are powered by large language models. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Always exercise your own judgment for nutrition, allergens, safety, and food handling. Do not rely on the Service for medical or dietary advice.

5. Community content moderation

User-submitted posts and comments are automatically screened by AI and may be reviewed by reports. We can remove content at our discretion. Repeated violations may result in account termination.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes what data we collect and how we handle it. By using the Service you agree to that policy.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account. We can terminate your access if you violate these terms. After termination, your data is erased per the Privacy Policy.

8. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Vancouver, BC.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
